Build a website for an RV Park

We are looking to have someone design for us from scratch a website for our RV park. Our current website (located here: [login to view URL] ) has been built in a rush by someone who is web design novice and although it served us pretty well to get things started we are looking to up our game and have a more presentable face to the world.
I think the best way to approach this would be to setup a CMS like Wordpress or Drupal so all the content can be changed by us without having to resort to a web designer. The site should SEO optimized, SEO friendly, have social networking integrated (like the "like us on facebok", etc), have an integrated gallery/video page. Also we would like to have the possibility to at least later on build a online booking system so that ability should be easily integrated in the future.
We'd like the design to be simple yet beautiful. The color scheme should be something blue'ish in line with the "Mariners Point" theme. The site should not use flash or any plugin that is not found in web browsers by default. If the site is mobile compatible it woudl be a bonus. In fact we'd like the site to have a mobile/tablet friendly version.
Maybe you can design for us a neat logo too. We'd pay a bit extra for that.
For inspiration you can google rv park websites and start from there, but if you want we can provide some example websites that can give you an idea of how some typical rv camp websites look like.
