Create an adult dating site landing page

Create a very high quality landing page for an adult content dating site called BedNotch.co.uk. This is to look like a premium brand. This is an adult site but will not feature any explicit images, only mildly suggestive imagery (as Google won't allow Adwords campaigns for pornographic sites). The site is to include already available HTML widgets which include registration form, log in, recent member feed and a Twitter ticker. Content is already written by myself and is to be added to the page. This landing page is to link to the [login to view URL] platform. A full spec is available by request. Posting job to get an idea of price. Ideally looking for a designer that's worked on premium dating sites before and understand the industry. Looking for a speedy turnaround on this also as running behind schedule. Will need to see mock ups and multiple tweaks before final version is approved. Once landing page is created, will need assistance hosting though Godaddy.
