Update Existing Website

Hello I have been developing client/server software for over 20 years. As a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) I have been developing ASP.NET software for over 10 years. I have completed projects for major companies like Microsoft, IBM, Symantec, Bradford & Bingley and the Irish Medicines Board (IMB). The first website that I performed re-skinning on was [login to view URL], that was in 2006. The website has had several changes since then. It included updating from ASP to ASP.NET Webforms on .NET 2.0. The last website I performed re-skinning on was [login to view URL] That was in 2012 again ASP.NET Webforms, this time .NET 4.0. I would look forward to doing another re-skinning. I like to use an agile method to develop software. With this method I will produce a basic system and then on a, possibly, daily basis you tell me what you want added/changed to move it closer to the outcome you desire. This results in you knowing what you are going to get at the end because you have seen and directed the development as it unfolds. I am relatively new on freelancer and I'm looking to build a reputation here. I'm also looking to build relationships with clients to ensure future work. Hi, I have read your requirement in the word document completely and below is my proposal. There are about 30-35 pages that requires new styling to be done. Also some pages like the master page, home page, login page, etc need some features to be included/excluded. I propose to deliver this to you in two milestones of $375 each. In the first milestone, I shall complete the Master Page, Home Page and Login Page and build the necessary styling framework.
