Web - Plataform for artists

I need to create a plataform in which artists of all kind but specially musicians, film & tv & videogames directors and producers, photographers, painters, graphic designers (for graphic art), actors, dancers and so on, can meet and build new artistic projects. Actually is a little like freelancer.com but specially designed for artist and, yes, it is about to hire and get hired BUT also, and very important, to create amazing artistic projects and start crowdfoundings. Some of the importants aspects of this web page would be: *Personalized design: HTML5 and Joomla, also very easy and user friendly interface. *Room for creating a personal profile with detailed information about previous works, associations, facebook, twitter, youtube - YES, a social media specially made for artist to meet. I want them to personalize their own profile the way they really want. *I need it to have a very clearly way to find succesful projects, promising projects, future projects, etc. *Also, very important: some kind of profiles "match" thing. I am going to give and example of two ways of using my plataform: 1. I am a young film director and my own producer, my next film is already done and in post-production stage. What now I need is a film music composer to compose the soundtrack and a graphic designer to design my poster. I want to find and hire them quickly -they don't need to live in my city to cooperate and work with me- that's the moment where I search for them on the plataform/web page. Once the product is finished I can easily manage it to be on some part of the plataform as a "succesful project" and get promoted by the staff! 2. I don't have the money but I really want to write an interactive e-book about gothic castles. Maybe if I post my project on the plataform I can not only get crowdfounded but ALSO collaborate with a music composer, a graphic designer and an editor to publish my product with quality and fast! Better of all: IT'S FREE!! These are just two examples of the way a user could find helpful my plataform.
