Edit Template from Template Monster Website

Im looking for a programmer who has extensive experience in editing web portal, business directory templates. Im in the process of purchasing the template from [url removed, login to view], which has the ability for me to control the admin. So when im looking to do is turn it to look like this website template [url removed, login to view] I want the phpmydirectory template to resemble the same layout, where i can be able to control from admin. I like everything about edirectory and i would like to transform the phpmydirectoy to look like that. So if you have what it take to make this project possible within days, send me sample works you have done for me to respond.
