Flat UI Single Produt Web Page Design HTML5 jQuery

Looking for creative designer to develop UI for single page and if you know HTML, then convert it into HTML..If not, provide me photoshop files.. Design must be clean, while background, flat UI..See example of links below for kind of colors, style, theme I want [login to view URL] [login to view URL]!/product/double-whammy-two-83 Again, links are just example...I dont want website design..this project is for only 1 product page design with content like header, logo, slideshow, menu, product image, product shipping, tabs, image gallery, similar products, categories etc.. Also I just want html5 type feeling, actual coding will be just html + css..System I use dont allow html5 or even in page jQuery (java within code)..So all jQuery js will be hosted on different server and they will be call in html page... In application let me know you expertize..you dont have to know both of these things mentioned below...if you are expert in 1, I will also consider 1. Photoshop WebPage Design with Flat theme or 2.
