The user should be able to say, I'm a native english speaker and I'm learning Chinese ( or spanish, french etc) - A page where a user can submit a sentence or small paragraph and asked for it to be translated. There needs to be a character limit for this - A page where a user can ask or answer a questions about a specific language. Essentially, it’s a place where people can go and asks questions about a specific language. Other users will login and then answer the question. The best questions get voted on. This is a multilingual blog. The same article will be posted in multiple languages. I would like to be able to post each article in multiple languages side by side at the same time. The quality of their translation will be vote up or down. I need the ability to notify users that a translation is pending.
