Add Features To Website - open to bidding

Hi, Hope you are fine. I have the following features we wish to add to our website [login to view URL] 1. We need to play PreRoll Adverts on embedded videos just like it happens on the videos hosted within our server. For illustration purposes, please search for a video named 'Baby Elephant Sneezes and Scares Himself' on [login to view URL] and see, it should show some preroll ads because its hosted within our server. This is what I want to happen to all videos no matter if they are hosted within our server or they are embedded from other video-sharing websites like YouTube, Vimeo, DailyMotion etc.. The embedding features are already in place, only that they are not available on embedded content. 2. We need to have an accounting page within the user profiles, so that a user can see the total views for their videos, and based on a preset price per view, see the earnings, payments/ withdrawals, balance etc.. And be able to initiate withdrawals and get paid via PayPal, Skrill, Neteller etc.. 3. An advertiser should be able to purchase views from their profile and also check the balance of the remaining views and top up. They should also be able to upload adverts and purchase views for each particular advert. Currently, only the Admin can upload ads and its a daunting task that involves filling an xml document, and allocating the ads to individual video files. I would like the advertiser to be able to upload an ad, specify/tick/select the categories of videos that the ad should be played in, purchase views, and whatever else within their profile, all by themselves. These features should be as similar to those on YouTube as possible. Would you be willing to do that? Thanks for your time.
