Animating a graphic - open to bidding

We are looking for a graphic designer/animator that can take the vector artwork from Illustrator and create animations for Powerpoint slides. The goal is to have multiple slides with animation: Slide 1 - five circular bands combining slide 2 - the five circular bands separating or coming apart slides 3 - 7 see each commitment or element of the graphic highlighted - or separated so that people can see this idea emphasized as well as the inter-locking structure. In each of these slides, I want to be able to teach one of the five commitments or elements - for example, think impact. To do this, I want think impact (or the others) to move/float to the top of the slide as the others fade into the background - so that the viewer doesn't lose sight of them but can focus on the commitment being discussed. Ideally - this would end up looking like there are 5 bands - interwoven as opposed to five pieces of one band. If you can make that happen, it would be fantastic. We would like you to provide at least three different ideas.
