build an auto poster for offerup

offerup is an app available on android. Need auto poster that i can run on windows laptop(or thru an android emulator like nox,bluestacks) that will feature title,description,zip,and image path. Can be a full software or an apk that I can use with an emulator ! Needs to be able to import a list of accounts and to be able to post from them on diferent zip,areas,city I will work only with a serious person ! after the first release of the software I will need updates from time to time wich I will pay for each update ! if you are interested and up to the task please leave me your email address to get in touch !
