Build a betting tipster Website

They can also edit and update their own picks), tipsters free (they offer the picks for free) and the customer (if he pay a subscription can see the picks from the tipster he hired, during the subscription time). And another roll that can manage all. The website must have 3 payment methods: Paypal, bank transfer or bitcoin. And the customer can get one month free subscription if they sign up at betting house (like WilliamHILL, bet365, ladbrokers,...) Also i want get all design (including banners, icon, logos,...) The language must be in english and chinese (I can translate it by myself) I think you must do it from Zero, because the CMS cant do it (I thought) It must be done in less 1 month.
