Build a Blog/Website

I need a Blog/Website built with 6 pages. Most importantly I need a password protected page for Members Only. New members must purchase an E-book and sign up for a membership. After they sign up for a membership a User Name and Password must be distributed for them to enter the members area. Before customers can pay they must agree to the terms and conditions by clicking the box that will enable them to click on the pay button and go to payment page. I need the E-book created and uploaded onto the website and to be downloaded by each customer who purchases it. I need a Merchant account integrated onto site. I need for the blog/website to be mobile compatible. I need an easy to use admin area where I can update the blog at anytime. I need to be able to upload Images, videos, audio. I need to add links to current free blog that will redirect customers to the New website. I need comment box for customers. I need customer counter tracking statistics. I need to be able to add meta tags. I need email subscription with feed burner. I need to be able to add links. I want all the functionalities of the free blog i use now. All bidders must have Blog/Website, E-book developing experience and be the actual developer and designer. I will need a copy of the website emailed to me when it is complete. I would like to use Escrow. When the website is 100% complete up and running and functioning well and approved by me. I will release funds.
