Build a Branded Website with Structured Category Section | Detailed Search Abilities | Self Updating | Admin Portal

Looking for someone to build a website that will display a domain name marketplace. It must have the following characteristics: 1.) Detailed Search Abilities - The website must have a predetermined search on the homepage that allows the user to drill down and create a short list of domain names under our portfolio that will be available for purchase under a "Buy it Now" scenario. Need the ability for the user to pay via Paypal, Escrow.com, Bitcoin, Wire Transfer or Credit Cards. I will provide the developer with examples and a list of search requirements. 2.) Structured Category Section & Other Pages - This will be a list of topics that a domain name will fall under. For example domains related to Engineering will fall under a section labeled Energy. We will also have a news page, social icons, and a contact section. 3.) Self Updating - Related news to the domain name industry should be displayed and updated automatically as bloggers, news outlets or industry experts create new content. 4.) Admin Portal - Most important topic! I will need a section to add a single domain name or upload a list of domain names (using excel). This will give me the ability to change prices, descriptions, expiration dates, etc... Most importantly this website must be easy for me to update in the future should I want to add any other pages related to this industry.
