This seems like this should be pretty straightforward and actually kind of fun to make. The mock-up is extremely helpful both visually and with the equations. I would use mostly HTML and a little javascript to create this calculator, and could use CSS for the styling if you prefer. I can start immediately after being chosen and have all 5/5 reviews so you know the project will be completed accurately and quickly. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I think I understand what you're looking for. My thought is that this application could be done entirely in javascript, allowing it to be run locally on a client's machine. I don't know what you're using to style your website, but I usually use twitter bootstrap to do the kinds of visuals you have in your mockup. Let me know if you have any more questions for me.

I'll create it by react it will be simple to use and understand. In the end you get full project on javascript(with react framework). It will sum all fast and in realtime!
