Build a custom watch face for Samsung Gear Sport

I want to build a watch face that incorporates the time, date, steps, heart rate and set of information from a medical application on my phone. The medical data includes blood glucose level (a current number), a historical chart (series of dots) a historical time measure (time since last reading) and an accuracy reading, all this comes from an app called xdrip+ or Nightwatch (similar applications) not available through the play store but easily found online. The attached photo is of an existing watch face run through an application called wearable widgets, it displayed all medical information but nothing else other than time. Maybe this could be revised?
