A web application that allows the following: HOA Management Software Login Page Board Login Once a Board member logged in they will have access to the following overview: Active Membership Count HOA Members Paid Associate Members Paid Recent Votes Pass/Fail/Current Community Member (Page) Tab 1: All HOA members paid or behind payment (maybe some sort of filter) Tab 2: All Associate Members Payment Center (Page) Same as Community Member Page but only allow the selected Treasurer role to make member paid Show Payment History I.E. Check # or Paypal Transaction ID Voting Center (Page) Current items to be voted on with board member ability to vote Item history filter by pass/Fail Board Minutes (Page) Upload Board Minutes for meetings Show Minutes for meetings Motion Center (Page) Any New Motions voted on and passed either at a meeting or online. Settings (Page) Ability to change/add/remove roles Interest rate on Dues
