Build new website for IT Consulting company

Hi All, I would like to build a new website for my business, as I don't like the look and feel of the current website. Bit clunky and unpolished etc, i hate the stock photos. Current website is; [login to view URL] The Main Requirement: The primary requirement for the new website is to get the look at feel right. The following are some examples of the sort or look and feel that I want to achieve: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] (but with a smaller landing image ie half the length) [login to view URL] (Without the charts) [login to view URL] (I like how the top menu moves down the page and would like a similiar thing.) I would like to keep the website, clean, modern and simple. The new website only needs to be the same as the current website in term of pages, about 10 or so (or less). Or just one page with all content on that. I will supply all the written content for the website. Requirements for new website: Must be responsive Basic SEO stuff must be completed with the build. ie; -All pages to have "title" and "head" that match. -All pages to have meta descriptions that matches the page content -A few keywords on each page. Cannot be written or built on any proprietary platform ie Wix. I already have a webhosting platform and will transfer the site to this once it is ready. Must have a CSS and pages. No putting the formatting on the page. All embedded links to be tested and working. Contact page with email form to be created, tested and working. Contact page to have a anti robot feature. Image Requirements This is one of my biggest bug bears with my current site. I would like you to supply all images for the site. It's cool if they stock images but they need to be appropriately licences etc. I will supply all logo files etc, and logo colours etc. I may be able to supply some local photos as well, however I'm not a graphic designer and I don't want to end up spending hours editing them. Stock images of people to be avoided as much as possible. Prefer, server racks, network diagrams, etc etc. Page requirements: -Home (I would like the image on this page to be a pic of canberra or similiar but with that faded look/layer over the top) -Services -Business IT Support -Managed Services -Network Support -Projects and Upgrades -Cloud Solutions -Template for future pages -About -Tools and Utilities (Hidden for now - but ready for future use) -Contact (I would like to change the background image on this page to a picture of the office building, but with that faded look) Colours: My logo colours are blue and I would like the rest of the site built around these.
