Build PHP, JS, HTML & CSS frontend on yii framework

We have a website built on Yii Framework, Unfortunately the front end and user experience is looking a bit out-dated, We need someone to go in and re-design & Develop a new streamlined and easier user interface and ordering system. The app is based on a GrubHub/ubereats platform and I’ll show you the website prior to task commencing. I have several sites I would like for you to use as inspiration and what I would like it to be like. Website is built on JS, PHP, CSS & HTML on yii framework all documentation & files will be provided with server access.
