Build a Twitter/Freelancer Hybrid

We have been working with a freelancer over the past year or so to develop a website which combines the simplicity and limited profile customization options of Twitter with the project posting/bidding and payment gateway aspects of Freelancer.com. Long story short, the freelancer is no longer going to be working with us, which brings me to this job posting. We're looking for someone who would be able to either use the current code (we were building it off of Wordpress) OR recreating the features using ruby/rails to help bring this product to market. We're looking for someone who really want to create something that will revolutionize an industry. I can't get into too much detail, as I promised my partners that I would be discreet, but we are lucky enough have the cooperation of several key people in the field. This initial job opens up the opportunity for someone to be hired on as a salaried contractor and/or access to equity ownership. We're looking for a long term partner/potential cto.
