Build a web app for creating floor plans

I am looking to have an app built that I can use for people to create a floor plan of their home. They will be able to choose how many walls a room will have and then enter the dimensions. A visual representation of the room will appear on a map, they will then be able to drag it around and position it. They will be able to add multiple rooms to the design and move them around. if the rooms are positioned next to each other, they will 'snap' together and join on common wall lines. After the floor plan is complete, they will be able to label each room and also select certain rooms, if the rooms are selected, they will be highlighted as green. After all of this, the customer will be asked if they have any preference for wall controlled placement and outdoor unit placement and a series of other questions. This information will then need to be saved to a PDF and emailed.
