build me a website

I need a website where people can order clothes and choose their designs. The website should include these pages: - Home page - About us - Graphics - Shop - Customize your own * The customize your own page should have an option where the customer first: 1) choose a clothing type (which would be an illustration) 2) The clothing chosen will be redirected to a page where it would be similar to illustrator where the clothing would be placed on an dartboard and there would be a tools panel on the left side and the customer would be able to choose a type of tool (pen) and choose the color from the color channel available Tools: - Various types of pens and pencils - Eraser - Paintbrushes - Stickers option (Images of the patches available in store) ( These are the tools for now) 3) The customer would be able to design their customized clothing There should be a "done" option where their design would be saved and sent to the shopping bag. I would like my customers to be able to shop online which means there should be a payment method in my website (Preferably suitable for all countries in the world) + include all card types to be used for payment methods whether debit cards, PayPall, master cards and Visa's. (I would like there to be a cash option for the customers living in Kuwait) This is the information I have so far regarding the website.
