Build a Website

I want to build a directory website to search campsites in north america. I want to be able to build on to this website for the future. I want it to be like a [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] eventually. For now I want users to be able to search for campsites in a couple of different ways. On the main page, I want a simple destination search by city, then in an advance subcategory that the user can refine their search and give options such as; free campgrounds, private campgrounds, members only campgrounds, government campgrounds. part of the search results page in the region/city or town they select, I want the user to be able to see current weather for that area and a 14 day weather pattern. Also I want a map plugin off to the side that will show all the campsites in that region. When they click on a listing, I want that listing to show on the maps where it is. Also when they get to the search results from the home page, I want them to see local attractions that are in the area scroll along the bottom of the page. Also on the results page, I want a section off to the side for an advanced search, I want a list of amenities that they can check off to be able to refine their search. for example; lake access, pools, hotubs, general stores, etc, many more. I want a page that shows regional alerts that the user can go to find information about any particular emergency such as flooding, forest fires, etc. I want an about us page I want a News feeds page and or a forum perhaps both If its possible and not hard I want campground owners to be able to claim their listings and add information about their campgrounds with a future possibilities to take payment but not yet. I want a rating for the listings from the users I guess that would mean that their would have to be a sign up for members. I would like it to be a no cost sign up for users to be able to rate campsites and leave comments. That is the basic website I want to launch with. Again I want to be able to build on to this project but basic functionalities to start with. Is there any way to fast track data that is already on the internet (geolocation?) so that it can search the data on the web that already exists or do we have to enter all the data into the website?
