I dont know about editing in dreamweaver unless you have experience with HTML editing however I can surely ensure that I comment the code properly with instructions. Only thing is, any website going on production server MUST be minified. I would strongly encourage you not to modify the CSS or JS. As long as you do that you would be able to mod the content as much as you would like.
