build a website and apps for crowdfarming platform

I want to launch crowdfarming web and apps on android and ios platforms meant to get fund or investor. The platform will target investment in agriculture sector include agriculture produce, gishery, cattle rearing and chicken farming. The freelancer should be good in user interface, web and apps design and development, copywriting, social media marketing and logo design.
