Build A Website Landing page

My name is Dustin, I am launching a travel website focused on saving consumers money and also offering interest free payment plans (America's layaway) on vacations. We are still in the development stage and need a truly inspirational, eye catching, and detailed landing page to explain our goals to not only future consumers but possible airlines, online travel agencies, and other providers that we are going to be contacting for partnerships. We have a brand/logo and color scheme. I will attach a simple 10 page PDF that has only some of the general information we want to broadcast. I am not looking for just some firm to pop out a 30 second landing page meeting the expectations. I want the firm or individual completing the project to be business savvy, and have actual interest in the project.
