I own the domain and at this time would like a simple homepage with the company logo where I can post company information and possible attachments. There should some tabs/hyperlinks (hopefully mobile accessible but not if that is cost prohibitive). The main hyperlink I am focusing on is one for a claims form (attached) that would be filled out by employees and automatically emailed to store managers and our claims dept (based on store location). User logins would be preferred for the website but not necessary if cost prohibitive.
I am considering adding to this website in the future with other forms, time card submission, PTO requests, etc. I would like to be able to manage the tabs and company updates myself so simple is better. For instance if I'd like to make a tab with a company directory I could add or remove from it.
