Build 1 wordpress landing page, BIDS OVER 75$ will be neglected

I need a 1 page wordpress landing page very quickly. What we do is offer live pc support/remote support/ website building/ LINUX/centos/WHM/Cpannel/Managed hosting off websites and vps's. We operate 24/7 and want our landding page to look very profesional. There should be a live chat button, phone us now, email us etc etc. This is just a brief idea of what type of website we are making. for now we just need the landing page. It should look awesome, not some cheap theme. the menu bar at the top of the page should change colour and match the theme when scrolling down. The footer should have a curtain effect.
