UI Change for a new E-Commerce website

Background:

I am looking for a UI web developer/designer who can change the look & feel, presentation of my new ecommerce website through HTML, CSS and Images. The website is developed in StoreHippo platform (similar to Shopify, KartRocket, Zepo etc). Being theme based, the web developer/designer will get access to HTML widgets (not pages, no C-Panel). The theme has several widgets for different functions of the website, for ex: there is a footer widget which will contain all presentation and UI elements for the website footer. The CSS can be changed locally in the Widget and also through a design page of the admin panel.

Please note, no functional changes are required. This project is 100% User Interface change project, redoing the website UI to look much better than what it is today through change in colours, change in placement of elements, change in size\colours of buttons, adding images where required and so on.

In total, there are around 25 widgets which contain all functionality of website. I have the mapping of pages to widgets and will be provided after the project is awarded. The number of widgets to be changes would be around 15-20.

Requirement:

I need UI change for the following pages:

1. Login\New Registration and Forget Password

2. Product Detail Page

3. Shopping Cart Page

4. Checkout Page

5. Order History detail Page

6. My Orders \ Order History Page

7. Track Order Page

8. Account Page

9. Wish List Page

10. Address Page

11. General feedback suggestion

12. Static pages like Return Policy, About Us etc

Please note: For now the home page is not in-scope

Please review the website and revert with the cost for the following:

a. Propose UI mockup designs for the pages mentioned above – Before making any change I would want to see and approve UI designs and finalize one design out of three proposed designs for all the above pages. Your UI designs should include all images and style you would be proposing

b. Execute the changes in the given widgets. You would be responsible for designing and adding all images you had shown in step a.

c. Quote the total time for design creation, approval and final execution in widgets.

Kindly review the website thoroughly before quoting a price. But after you quote, I would not want you to change the price. In the past I have seen quite-a-few developers, giving a very low quote and then hiking it 10 times during discussions. If you have questions, I would be glad to answer them. If you want to see how HTML widgets look like in StoreHippo, I will be more than happy to do a screen sharing session and show the StoreHippo admin interface.

Past experience in theme based widget development in StoreHippo, Kartrocket, Zepo, Shopify would be mandatory. Please do not apply if you have not worked in any of these platforms.
