I have a general idea of a text based logo for a new real estate brokerage firm. I have attached a cover sheet for the business plan that shows my general idea for the logo of "the inland company, inc."
For this job, I would like to have three different logos created that maintain the general concept of the logo that I have created, but that expand upon that logo with color and shape. The logo as designed currently is meant to be conservative and classic looking, so the two new designs should follow this trend. The changes to the logo should still convey classic and conservative, with the slightly modern feel of the internet age added in. I would prefer to maintain the same font (book antiqua) and the same color scheme for the text (all words gray except the word "inland" which will be black). Note that the other text in the uploaded file does not need to be included in the logo. Only the words "the inland company, inc." need to be incorporated into the logo.
Delivery of logo in vector graphic is preferable in order to avoid loss of qaulity that is typical of raster graphics.
Hopefully, this can be done within a few days.
