Convert existing article site to responsive site

::INTRODUCTION:: Looking for an HTML / CSS expert who can convert an existing site (re-use the HTML/CSS) into a responsive website (should pass the Google Mobile Friendly test). So I have to change this template to be mobile compliant. ::REQUEST:: I require the following: - try to limit the changes to the HTML-code as much as possible (because this is part of a complex template and hard to modify)... I do understand some changes will be required - the most important pages are: a> the homepage b> the article detail page c> the category page But they all use the same global layout in terms of header, footer and columns - you can rewrite the current CSS for 100% if this is required ::DELIVERY / PLANNING:: There is not a big rush. You can do this work without urgency.
