Convert a site to Google friendly frames.

Looking to incorporate a group of sites into frames that will be friendly and responsive with Google. You must have the knowledge and technology for building such a site with frames that are friendly with Google as well other search engines. You must present to us a demo of a site with friendly frames that was developed (with friendly frames)or you will have to build a small site demo in order for us to evaluate and prove your work. The site is based on php/html. Note: we posted a job last week that related to this work but we changed the requirement. Please don't submit proposal if you don't have good understanding of our requirements.
