CrossGateHome marketing handout

Single family home has open house TODAY. Would like to produce 11x17", 2-sided tri-fold handout with approximately 16 photos and several text blocks (ie. list of interior features) arranged in graphically attractive manner. Attaching an example of a marketing piece from a different home as example of the style preferred. Photos in hand and text being developed right now. I could do this in Word or Excel, but stopped to realize a graphic professional likely has better software and experience at doing this to create it lickety-split rather than me spending hours on it. IMPORTANT: have a real estate open house TODAY midday. Is anyone available to work and dialogue a few times over the next 6 hours so that this could be taken to a print shop at noon (I assume 2 PDF files of the front and back of an 11x17" 2-sided printed page). There is at least 1 photo that might benefit from photo shopping in a better blue sky. The rest were professionally taken and should be easy to arrange, cutting/cropping if needed. I would assume a creation of the basic model (something very similar to attached example is fine) using photos I can upload, and then 1-3 quick edits/revisions. I'll put hourly pay so that you aren't offended or feel any unnecessary time spent tweak a 2nd or 3rd time for us to create best product. Thanks!
