Design appealing layout and format for my weekly short article - long term project

We are looking for an exceptional and creative expert to format and design the layout for our 500 to 800 word weekly article. You must be experienced and have track record of producing article or magazine format and layout that is visually appealing, has eye catching headlines, high quality images, block quotes and other writing and design elements that draws the reader’s attention to read the article. This is not a newsletter and the design of each article including layout, format, headlines, quotes and selecting appropriate images will depend on understanding the content of the articles. As this requires high level English language skills, it is a requirement that English must be your first language. The one page article will also include name, photograph, short bio of the author and our corporate information in the design. We will upload the finished article to our landing page. As this is a long term weekly assignment, you must be available every week and complete the work with maximum 2 day turn around. You will be paid per article. Please include in your proposal: 1. Portfolio of recent samples of articles that show your creativity and expertise? 2. A summary of how you would approach this assignment to produce the final product we require? 3. An undertaking that you will hold all information provided in strict confidence and not use this project as sample work? 4. Confirming your availability to this work weekly and turnaround time will not be more than 2 days? 5. Your fees per article? Look forward to working with you on this project.
