Design a Chart

We are an Upholstery Company based in Cape Town, South Africa and we are looking for a designer to create a Sofa Reupholstery Chart for us. The designer would need to look at all the charts available (as attachments) and draw on all the information from these charts to create a chart for us. At the top of our chart we would like the Logo and Company information and then each of the individual sofas' with their respective approximate fabric metrages would come. The final product would be printed on a single sided A3 size piece of paper, so the design needs to be adapted to that. The pictures on the chart need to be very very clear, some images may need to be recreated by the designer and all the measurements should be in metrage form as this is the form of measurement that we use. Our company colours are KFC red and a Graphite Grey so these two colours can be used in your design of the chart. Lastly their needs to be a watermark or any sort of image that displays our name prominently across the design so that no one is able to photocopy the design in a way that our name is left out. Please note that the attached charts are a guideline of the type of work that needs to be done and that i will not accept a copy and paste job. My budget for this project is ZAR2000.00 which translates to approximatly $150.00. For this price i am looking at something unique that will separate my chart from the ones used by my competitors.
