Design an Infographic

I have an employer who has a rough concept for an infographic that they are looking to refine and turn into a professional looking product. The infographic will reflect a 4-phase process with various tools being used throughout the phases. The idea is to show the phases and which tools are used in which phases (like a roadmap). This will ultimately sit on the landing page of the website. Slides 1 and 2 of the attached slide deck are some initial (rough) concepts developed by the employer. These are VERY rough thought starters and we need someone with design/graphic skills to really elevate this to the next level with a high-quality/professional looking visual. Slide 3 shows the phases and lists the tools in a basic chevron layout, and slide 4 provides icons for the tools where icons exists. For the other tools, we will need you to come up with a standard image for each tool that can be used across the phases of the roadmap. The last slide reflects the level of quality that we would like to see. More information will be provided to the selected freelancer.
