Design a marketing workbook in Microsoft Word of 70 - 90 pages

This is a repost of a previous project. Before I go further, I have discovered I must stipulate that at some point in this project, I will want to talk to you before finishing. This is for practical purposes; I can tell you what changes or refinements are needed much faster via voice than by endless typing. We can use mobile, Skype, this site's internal system, whatever. I had someone bid on this project, I accepted their work, received preliminary templates, liked them, said I wanted to talk with her on some points and finish, and she flaked out of the project. This is the second time this has happened. If voice communications frightens you, please don't bid on this project. I'm looking for layout and design for a marketing handbook. The file will be sent in Microsoft Word and has been copyedited and is ready to be worked on, I want the final product to be a Word file; I'll use this to generate PDFs. Images need to be integrated into the design; these should be royalty free and very "flat." The images should be in color. I will also supply a color logo for the cover page. The typography should reflect current fonts and trends. I've attached an old version of the workbook so as to give you a guide to how the new workbook should look in terms of the fundamental approach and image integration. The final page count of the workbook should come in at 70 to 90 pages, depending on layout. Page size 8.5 * 11. I'd like to have this done by mid-next week, so please keep that in mind.
