Design & rebuild company website from scratch - Wordpress

We have a company website and are looking to rebuild it. We need need a complete solution from designing the website to building it, creating an interesting story, writing content and doing SEO. Complete RFP is attached. It should be read and expected number of hours with rate per hour should be quoted. Hours quoted should have room for 3-4 revisions etc. Variance in hours will be allowed at a maximum of 10% of quoted hours. A brief of the proposed story-line should be included along with complete portfolio. Make sure you write last two words mentioned on the second page while submitting your proposal as a check that you have read the RFP document. Please note that generic proposals will not be accepted. Proposals quoting the price only without any details will not be considered.
