Design and refresh an existing website and add new functionalities

We have a website which requires to have full new design changes on the frontend and adding additional functionalities and modules
Modules to be added
1. Video
2. Advertisement banner
3. Chand layout of inner pages
4. Social sharing modules
5. Registration page revamp and change the layout to be a - Sign up for our newsletter
6. Adding pop up advertisement - which could be added from the admin
7. All the pages and functionalities need to be dynamic and can be added and edited by the admin.
8. Admin needs to have analytics such as - How many users are signed up for newsletter, and purchased event tickets etc
9. Job Page modules - Admin can add jobs - any user apply for this jobs - Applicant details and CV - will go to - Publisher email ( which could be added from the admin - and not will be visible on the frontend. All the jobs - Job list page will have job title along with a logo of the company - Job detail page will have a logo for the company on top of the full job detail- all the logo will be - added from the admin along with the job detail. We will receive a CC'd notification of the candidate CV and also Job that candidate applied to our - Job page email.
10. all the pop-up notification - advertisement will be fully responsive along with all the functionalities and full website will be fully responsive.
11. Event page needs to have full new layout with - Top header banner - atleast 5 boxes for image for event sponsors - and event registration form - if it is a free event - it will go through the paypal and user will receive an event pass- in their email - same with paid event - user will receive a event pass in their email after the payment has gone through- user will also receive a payment receipt to their registered email - for event registration the user needs to register first - they can register with their - linkedin account or email address. event pass will contain the event image and details and the event pass.
12. Product detail page will have - Banner image - video - product image advertisement links. full inner pages design layout needs to change.
All other details as we discussed in the message.
