Design a table for a 10 inch tablet

Hi. We like an expert UI designer to design a table for us which lists the names of books and magazines on a tablet for a book-keeper. We actually had some previous designs made by a designer. However, at that time, the design was "static." Of course now that we have a coded table already, the table is not static anymore as entries are placed in it, and thus the table is dynamic and has functions. We need the designer to download the table on their android mobile device, look at it, and see how they can design a "dynamic" function. In other words, they will tell our coder to change so and so color. Or the spacing between slots can be modified in such and such ways. Or the framing of the table can be thickened or thinned to make it stand out. Thus you can work hand in hand with the coder and any demand you have for the design, they will follow so that the table can be nicely presentable and user friendly. Thank you.
