Re-Design a website

We are looking for our website to be re-designed and be updated with a more modern up to date look, and with more information and more photos.
very important things to do on our new site
1) It should be SEO optimised
2) It should be Mobile optimised
3) Put in many photos for all pages and use ideas of other cleaning company websites (we will provide some example websites)
4) All photos to be legally obtained and either from free websites or by paid and with a licence (and you should show us where the photos have been taken from, so we don’t get in to trouble using those photos) (we will also provide some photos you can choose to use)
We need the following main sections: Home, About Us, Services, Green Cleaning, Testimonials, Careers, Contact Us
(And possibly we may also need the following page: Mission statement,)
Under the Services button but when going over the cleaning services with mouse: a drop down should come down to choose from
Office Cleaning
Child Care & School Cleaning
Medical Cleaning
Common Area Cleaning
Industrial Cleaning
For the Home page it should be a mixture of photos and some written information about us (we will provide you with that) and with some services boxes to click that goes into the different services we offer (like in the following 2 websites home pages, [login to view URL]

also on top of all pages we want to have our phone numbers written probably on the right side of all pages, and our logo to appear on all pages on the left side
for the Career page please see we need all the info from [login to view URL]
but we need it to look more modern like

for Green Cleaning page, make sure to put in Green/Environment photos for that page
for Contact Us page: [login to view URL]
but much more modernised
(this is optional so would like to see it with this and without this option)
also if you want you can also make a quick request small form on the right side of the home page
which should say, Name: Phone Number: Email: Message: and then when someones filled it in it comes to my email
it should be somewhat similer to [login to view URL] but much nicer designed and may be with a photo of small phone next to it or on top of it
Do not copy our current website as we need it totally different designed and totally different layout
Websites to take ideas from and make similar ideas but do not copy them
