UX/UI Designer needed to redesign company website to best align to business strategy

We’re Workilo – a multi-sided technology startup. We provide marketing services (social media management, photography, video production, and project management) for construction contractors and sign them up on our managed marketplace. We also offer home renovation project management services to home owners by pairing them with qualified architects and interior designers. The front-end of [login to view URL] need a UX and graphic redesign with effective copy to communicate what we offer to both of our customers. We need to make our landing page immediately captivating to both customer bases. We are also shifting over to heavy video integration on our website and want to highlight this in the redesign. We're interested in consultation from experts like yourself. Experience working with multi-sided business models and marketplaces STRONGLY preferred. Please take a look at the attached requirements document. This is a high level description, the two areas that we need help are 1) how to best communicate the value prop to customer and community of service providers 2) what would be best design to support this communication. Because it is a managed marketplace, there are two sides and each one of them needs different messaging. Not sure how to best accomplish that, so your help would be greatly appreciated.
