Digital PNG images of flags

I need 5 images files created for each country's flags and a few custom flags. This will amount to about 1300 images. I have attached drawings of the shapes needed These flags will need to be created with the flag colors as the background of the shape, and the emblem placed on top of it. See attached actual image for example, and the red lines on the attached file showing where the emblem should be placed. I will want the original files. The files must be png with a clear background Image size will be 1000 x 1000 px. The shapes will need to be placed so that they are the same location on each image (see the attached example for image placement).
