Draw Illustrator Maps

I have evacuation maps (floor plans) that will be printed at full size on metal or acrylic and hung in buildings. I need the maps redrawn to match a specific design style. I take the map from the architect and make it look nicer for printing. I have attached a finished project as an example (1st-1 is the original and Westgate_1-1 is the final pdf). I have 27 maps (1515 Colby Evac Plans) that need to be done in this manner. I have started the first one but it is incomplete (attached Colby 1st-1). I have also attached the full 27 maps that need to be drawn. These must be drawn as shown in the layers. Example 3px for the walls, 1.5px for thinner walls and stairs etc. All the elements are there in the layered file and can be copied. Also, note that each floor has multiple rotations so once the floor plan is drawn for each floor it can be copied. For the final project I will need the maps sent to me as illustrator ai or layer pdf files as I will need to make revisions/tweeks myself if necessary. So I will need the finished working file with all the layers so I can save as I need for the printer. I need this on a 48 hour turn around. I will pay $30.00 for the job and if done on time, I'll add a $20.00 bonus.
