Engaging upgrades to product brochures, Website

Please read & understand our job in its entirety before responding. Do not respond as a robot. We have created several brochures for our software products relating to controls systems, automation & SCADA. They are full of boring (?) but valuable text. We need you to add graphics images or whatever else you feel appropriate that will make them colorful, lively, attractive to warmed up potentials opening them & keep the audience engaged with them naturally. We want to do the same for our web site. A couple of existing product sample brochures & our web site ID will be provided to short-listed candidates. Phase 1 will be for you to upgrade these documents & 5 web pages, including landing page, as sample for our web site. Phase 2 will be to do the rest. You may quote a fixed price for phase 1. If quoting an hourly rate, you must provide a limit of hours that will be estimated to be used. We shall assume 5 hours, if you do not specify. We shall assume a delivery in 3 days after award by us. Any delay will be deterimental to us. You will be given another opportunity to quote after you have adequate info. Please respond only if you are serious. Do not provide any irrelevent info, we shall provide you an opportunity later to do a sales presentation about the rest of your capabilities. Ask any questions, so that you are clear with the scope of work.
