I am building a online website targeting students. The concept of the website will be that users can sign up, and post essays, book reviews or anything school related to be completed for them. Then I wish for it to be a "auction" setup where people who register as "writers" could bid on the work available and provide a deadline and the price they have. The most important part about this is for it to have a reputation plugin where people rate 1-5 stars after the work is complete so people build up more trust on the website.
