Graphic designer

I am a Realtor in need of a freelance graphic designer. As far as how much I will spend below are the jobs I need done not all at the same time as it will take me some time to get the content so starting with a few brochure and email signature. I am redesigning our marketing material and have everything as I would like it I just need someone to put it into the right format and maybe give ideas of making it better. Specifically, what I am looking for is: Print items cards for our door drop organizing my material into a brochure format sellers buyers default glossy pages for our unibinder for listing presentations about 4 pages front and back examples would be: sales process checklists inspections contingencies apraisals negociations infographic on market conditions Listing presentation pages 2 front and back for glossy pages prepare our direct mailer in proper format for postcards to our farm area just listed just sold newsletter (every 3 months) And other items that may come up. Digital upload our adwerx facebook and mobile graphics in proper format create a email signature for all platforms MLS Email Zillow And other items that come up. Again, I will have all of the creative and content prepared just need touching up and formatted correctly on all of our marketing platforms.
