Graphic Designer-Customize Landing Pages

Essentially, we have a template for a landing page that needs to be customized to each individual client that reaches out to us at National Business Services. So basically there is one template, and this designer can use this template and just insert each individual client's info when we need them to. We get about 20 requests per day from clients. We need this person to be skilled in both wordpress and photoshop. We would pay $5 for each one created. We'd also like the turnaround time for each created landing page to be 24 hours from when the request is submitted.
