Graphic designer for webpage development

I need help with some graphic design work for my website, granadaassets.com. And, I hope that such a graphic designer will continue to work with me on one or more of my other sites: [login to view URL]; [login to view URL]; or petercazalet.com. I recently had a graphic designer with a four year degree in graphic designing create a Terms of Use page for the site granadaassets.com. I gave her as a “template” any one of the other sites where there was a Privacy Policy, or Terms of Use, etc. page. I was expecting her to broadly replicate the look and feel of any of those sites. Alas, as you can see the result. It was quite disappointing. She has undertaken to review her deliverables but, I have concluded, going forward, this graphic designer and I do not share a meeting of the minds. I am moving on. Presently, and as a test, I have two small gigs in the hopper, the Terms of Use page and the Index page. The Terms of Use page is the standard bearer for text of the site as it now exists. Thus, the typography and formatting here will be carried through the site as and when built. Secondly, the Index page. This page may be accessed via the Log In page. The passcode for entry is Plutus** When inserted, it will take the visitor to an Index page which, itself has six sub-pages. The Log In page is currently being worked upon to sort out some bugs. The site generally is for informational use to prospective investors. It is heavily formatted for statutory regulatory purposes. Formatting is de rigueur and cannot be changed, it is a matter of tasteful and elegant typography and layout that is also printer friendly.
