Graphic designer and website developer wanted

Looking for an experienced graphics designer/ website developer to assist in creative work for a healthcare company, to create highly professional imagery that aligns with our brand and business. Will also be required to apply these images to our website. Before we hire you, you must meet the following criteria (deliverables): - Have extensive experience in using photoshop, illustrator, indesign etc. (photoshop preferred). - Have extensive experience (minimum of 2 years) in graphics design AND be familiar with website development and design (we need someone to produce high quality, unique imagery and then fit it to our website, across all desktop, tablet and mobile devices). - Must share your portfolio of past work. - Provide all of your own, high quality, high resolution images. - Must hand over all source files. - Must provide imagery in a vector format. - Must release full details of copyright to us. - Must have a basic understanding of HTML & CSS. - Must not share or release any of the work or imagery created to a third party or individual. - Must be passionate, self-motivated and creative. If we find the same (or similar) design on the internet, you will be disqualified and all work, even if accepted, will be rejected and we will not release any of the milestone funds to you. - Be readily accessible - if we have queries, concerns, questions, you will need to respond in a prompt manner. - Must be thorough and be able to meet tight deadlines while still creating quality material - Level 1 UK/ US English - Must have impeccable attention to detail - grammar, spelling etc. must be of high quality Milestones and payment breakdown: Milestone 1 - Funds will be released once all vector imagery has been supplied and we are happy with the final product (as per the deliverable requirements mentioned above). This means there may be a few drafts that go back and forth until we are happy with the final product. Milestone 2 - Funds will be released once imagery has been applied to the website and is responsive across all desktop/tablet/mobile sites. Funds will not be released until we are happy with the final product (as per milestone one, there may be some back and forth until we are 100% satisfied).
