Half Fold Brochure Design

We are doing a donor fund drive for our school and need to create a half fold (11x17) brochure. Here is a breakdown of the pages: Front Cover - Large hero graphic with '1st Annual Wildcat Fund' title and perhaps a place for a tagline or some other sentence or two. Inside Page Left - Top portion of the page should contain a place for a letter/note from our President. Below there should be a place for an infographic of statistic call out. The bottom portion of the page should be a list of our goals for three key areas: Academics, Technology and Athletics (each should be its own section/header) Inside Page Right - We have four donor levels. There should be a section for each level that contains the level name, donor amount required, a brief narrative and a list of the benefits that come with that level. The level names are: Friends of McGinnis Woods, Green and White Circle, Wildcat Pride Circle, and Wildcat Society Back Cover - The first half of this page should contain a "Giving is Easy" section where we'll discuss the easy steps in which to make a donation. The bottom portion can have additional images, infographics, statistics, etc. The brochure can contain embellishments/graphics that span pages and should have a clean modern look. The primary school color is dark green (as you'll see in the logo) so that should drive the color theme for the brochure. This is somewhat urgent and need a fast turn around.
